KIAC’s services are made possible by the dedication and effort of our volunteer team! Some of our volunteer roles require substantial training and responsibility, others are case-by-case commitments. We have a wide range of volunteer opportunities including:
Bilingual tutors

Many of our clients use tutoring services to help them prepare for the citizenship test. As such, we are in need of bilingual tutors! Interested?

CDL Tutors

We are looking for someone who would be interested in tutoring someone in English to learn the technical names for the parts of a truck to pass the “Pre-trip Inspection.”

Volunteer Drivers

KIAC drivers transport clients to immigration and medical appointments, and deliver things to client homes. We can always use more drivers!

Tax Volunteers

We are looking for volunteers interested in state taxes. Bilingual is not required but preferred.

Accredited Representative

Become an Accredited Representative and help our clients directly.

Translators

KIAC is looking for translators! Specifically Spanish and Mam but translators of any kind are encouraged to reach out.
